PACIFIC OCEAN (Sept. 11, 2016) Electrician’s Mate 1st Class Christopher Higgins renders a salute to flowers symbolizing the passengers and crewmembers of Flight 93 during a memorial service held aboard the amphibious landing dock ship USS Somerset (LPD 25) on the 15th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks.
