CHINFO160911-N-OY799-043 PHILIPPINE SEA (Sept. 11, 2016) Mass Communication Specialist Seaman (SW) Jamaal Liddell, from Jacksonville, Florida, takes a photograph of Military Sealift Command (MSC) dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Charles Drew (T-AKE 10) from the flight deck of the Navy's only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), during a replenishment-at-sea. The non-combatant, civilian-crewed ship operated by MSC is part of the supply lines to Navy ships at sea, and strategically provide fuel, food, ordnance, spare parts, mail and other supplies around the world. Ronald Reagan, the Carrier Strike Group Five (CSG 5) flagship, is on patrol in the Philippine Sea supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
