Todd Priest, division command sergeant major, during an assumption of command ceremony on September 11, 2016 at the National Infantry Museum at Fort Benning, Georgia. The 98th Training Division is an Army Reserve unit headquarterd at Fort Benning and is one of two divisions that provide drill sergeants who help mold future Soldiers. Davis is a resident of Livonia, Michigan. Priest is a resident of Hampton, Virginia.
