Service members from the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force and the U.S. Army pose for a group photo during the closing ceremony Shizuoka Prefecture’s annual Comprehensive Disaster Drill in Kakegawa, Japan, Sep. 4, 2016. The troops participated in this drill that demonstrated how a diverse collection of local, regional, national and international organizations can pool their respective resources to effectively respond to a major disaster.
