Moore, Robinson and 10 fellow U.S. Army Soldiers participated in this drill that demonstrated how a diverse collection of local, regional, national and international organizations can pool their respective resources to effectively respond to a major disaster. In addition to casualty evacuation, the contingent of U.S. Army troops collaborated with their JGSDF counterparts to coordinate convoy routes, establish mobile communication sites and set up supply distribution points.
