Moore, Robinson and 10 fellow U.S. Army Soldiers participated in this drill that demonstrated how a diverse collection of local, regional, national and international organizations can pool their respective resources to effectively respond to a major disaster. In addition to casualty care and evacuation, the contingent of U.S. Army troops collaborated with their Japan Ground Self-Defense Force counterparts to coordinate convoy routes, establish mobile communication sites and set up supply distribution points.
