MANAMA, Bahrain (Aug. 26, 2016) Fire Controlman 1st Class Andrew Hall, selected for advancement to chief petty officer and assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Roosevelt (DDG 80), walks a dog during a community relations project with the Animal Welfare Center in Manama, Bahrain. Roosevelt, deployed as part of the Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group, is supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
