A B-1 Lancer from the 7th Bomb Wing, Dyess Air Base, Texas, Air Force Global Strike Command, slows after landing at RAF Fairford, United Kingdom, September 3, 2016. The aircraft is one of two B-1s deployed alongside a B-52 Stratofortress from the 307th Bomb Wing, Air Force Reserve Command, Barksdale, Louisiana, to participate in Exercise Ample Strike 16 annual Czech Republic-led exercise with 300 participants from 18 countries scheduled for September 5-16. During Ample Strike, the B-52, B-1Bs, and Airmen from 2nd Air Support Operations Squadron, Vilseck, Germany, will conduct day and nighttime operations to improve NATO and partner nation interoperability.
