U.S. Marines and sailors with Task Force Koa Moana bargain with local shop owners in Lima, Peru, Sept. 4, 2016. Service members with the task force experienced Peruvian culture in order to have a better understanding of the country they are working hand in hand with in bilateral military training. Task Force Koa Moana is in Peru as part of a theater security cooperation engagement to integrate and improve interoperability with Peruvian Marines.
