Command Sgt. Maj. Eric C. Dostie, U.S. Army Central’s senior noncommissioned officer, talks with Command Sgt. Maj. Temirbek Khalykov, the command sergeant major for Kazakhstan's armed forces, during a tour of the NCO academy at Schuchinsk, Kazakhstan Aug. 28. Dostie was among a delegation of U.S. senior NCO’s that visited Kazakhstan to attend an NCO Symposium. Dostie and Khalykov both attended the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy together at Fort bliss, Tex. in 2008.
