Vedasto Nsanzugwanko, Child Protection specialist from United Nation's International Child Education Fund speaks to United People's Defense Forces' soldiers during two weeks of focused Civil Affairs training at the Kasenyi Training Facility in Entebbe, Uganda, May 18. UNICEF was one of several international governmental and non-governmental organizations invited to discuss civil-military relations with UPDF soldiers. The two-week civil affairs focus is part of a 16-week training program created by Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. The program is designed to develop Ugandan soldiers in full spectrum operations with a concentration on counter-terrorism and peace support operations.
