U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Karina Jackson, 461st Air Control Wing (ACW), is greeted by Chief Master Sgt. Frank Batten III, command chief, 9th Air Force, while touring the E-8C Joint STARS, Robins Air Force Base, Ga., Aug. 25, 2016. Maj. Gen. Scott Zobrist, commander, 9th Air Force, along with Batten visited Team JSTARS to gain firsthand knowledge of how the Air Force’s only E-8C Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System platform performs manned intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, command and control and battle management operations.
