U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Kelley Sanders, 461st Air Control Wing (ACW), briefs Maj. Gen. Scott Zobrist, commander, 9th Air Force, about current challenges and initiatives throughout Team JSTARS maintenance groups, at Robins Air Force Base, Ga., Aug. 25, 2016. Zobrist visited Team JSTARS to gain first-hand knowledge of how the Air Force’s only E-8C Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System platform performs manned intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, command and control and battle management operations.
