The Commander of U.S. Army Human Resources Command, Maj. Gen. Thomas Seamands, discusses professional development and current HRC manning initiatives with Vicenza Military Community leaders in command positions, Aug. 29, 2016 at the Caserma Ederle Reel Time Theater, Vicenza, Italy. Seamands’ visit was one of many scheduled destinations on a tour of military installations throughout Europe, known as the HRC Road Show.
