Command Sgt. Maj. John W. Troxell learns about capabilities of the MV-22 Osprey tiltrotor aircraft Aug. 29 at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan. Troxell visited Okinawa to engage with service members and tour U.S. military facilities to ensure readiness of the forces and quality of life, he said.
