Duncan Harris, an automotive maintenance technician with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command, the Navy and Marine Corps Medal during his visit to Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, Aug. 21, 2016, for saving a child from drowning in July 2015.
