BANGOR, Wash. (Aug. 26, 2016) Capt. Michael Lewis, the 13th commanding officer of the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Houston (SSN 713) and the keynote speaker for the event, arrives at Houston’s decommissioning ceremony at Naval Base Kitsap Bangor.
