NEW YORK, N.Y.- New York Army National Guard Soldiers assigned to Joint Task Force Empire Shield, the New York National Guard security force in New York City, are being interviewed by Staff Sgt. Jose Ibarra, non-commissioned officer in charge of Soldiers broadcasting on Wednesday, Aug. 17, as part of the Army- produced television show “City Soldier”, the episode was filmed in New York City August 16-18, and will explore what it's like to be a New York Army National Guard Soldier serving in New York City-- helping safeguard the city transportation hubs.
