A paint crew makes progress here August 25, 2016, in a hallway on the first floor of the dormitory building under construction at the I.G. Brown Training and Education Center on McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base in Louisville, Tenn. The painters were busy throughout the summer. The lower wall color is named Sycamore Tan, and the upper color is Bittersweet Stem. There’s more than 46,000 square-feet of space to paint, and much of that has the final coat.
