Poolees with Marine Corps Recruiting Substation New Orleans and RSS Houma, help assemble an 80-percent scale replica of the Vietnam MemorialWall at the Goldring/Woldenberg Great Lawn in City Park, New Orleans, Aug. 25, 2016.
