160820-N-SX983-146 SUNGAI PINANG, Indonesia (Aug. 20, 2016) Builder 1st Class Reginald Cyr (right), from Placerville, California attached to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Four, lays rock with Tentara Nasional Indonesia Marines to level the ground around a newly built public restroom in Sungai Pinang. U.S. Navy Seabees attached to Amphibious Construction Battalion One, NMCB 4 and TNI Marines are working together to build a public restroom in Sungai Pinang during Pacific Partnership 2016. This is the fifth time Pacific Partnership has visited Indonesia. Partner nations are working side-by-side with local organizations during disaster response training, civil engineering projects, Women, Peace, and Security seminars, medical subject matter expert exchanges and a live field training exercise aimed at improving the capacity of local government, civilian agencies and partner militaries to collectively respond in crisis.
