Guest speaker retired Col. Dave Robinson speaks to 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing’s commanding general, commanders, senior enlisted advisors, assistant chiefs of staff and principle staff during the 2nd MAW quarterly Commanders Forum at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., Aug. 17, 2016. Robinson spoke about the reflections on command leadership and operational readiness. The forum gave leaders from the various 2nd MAW subordinate units the opportunity to discuss ideas, concerns and propose best practices for meeting current and future challenges within 2nd MAW.
