    Navy Capt. Joseph P. Costabile, vascular/general surgeon with 4th Medical Battalion, 4th Marine Logistics Group, Marine Forces Reserve, performs surgery on a simulated casualty during Exercise Global Medic at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, Aug. 16, 2016.
