Officers and non-commissioned officers of the North Carolina National Guard conducted a leadership conference here, Aug. 20-21, 2016. More than 300 citizen-Soldiers and Airmen were in attendance including 19 general officers and four state representatives. Air Mobility Commander, Air Force Gen. Carlton Everhart II stands with North Carolina National Guard’s Adjutant General, Maj. Gen. Greg Lusk and NCNG's Air Guard attendees. “No One can match the U.S. logistics,” said Air Mobility Commander, Air Force Gen. Carlton Everhart II, "We have to work on improving the speed in which we get things done and this will be accomplished through innovative tactical and technical procedures.”
