A digital hand grip dynamometer is used to assess beneficiaries physical fitness levels at the Fort Bliss Army Wellness Center, Aug. 2. The assessment allows health educators to create an individualized exercise plan for individuals desiring to increase physical strength or recover from injury as one of six core programs the AWC offers beneficiaries.
