This assessment is considered the best gage of a beneficiary’s cardiovascular fitness and aerobic endurance. The assessment allows beneficiaries to measure progress in cardiovascular strength while letting health educators create an individualized exercise plan for individuals desiring to increase physical strength, increase flexibility or recover from injury as one of six core programs the AWC offers beneficiaries.
