Lt. Col. Toddy Ingram (far left), chief, Multiservice, Nursing, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, presents a certificate of appreciation to staff members from the El Paso Behavioral Health System for the services they have provided to WBAMC patients for the past 10 years. On June 1st, WBAMC’s Inpatient Behavioral Health ward opened its doors to patients, other than active-duty service members, for inpatient behavioral health care at WBAMC, which was previously referred out to behavioral health facilities in the community.
