U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Angela McCluhan, medical technician, 94th Aeromedical Staging Squadron, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga., sweeps up after receiving simulated casualties at the En Route Patient Staging System (ERPSS) during exercise Patriot Warrior at Tactical Assembly Area Young, Fort McCoy, Wis., August 16, 2016. ERPSS is used for the staging of patients and provides support along with continuity of medical care during patient movement out of combat theater. Patriot Warrior is the Air Force Reserve's premier contingency deployment training exercise, designed to demonstrate training ranging from bare base buildup to full operational capabilities. More than 11,000 members from the U.S. service branches and their Reserve components, including Air Force, Army, Navy, and Marines are participating alongside British, Canadian, and Saudi Arabian forces.
