Petty Officer 1st Class Bennie J. Cooley, machinist's mate, assigned to Navy Recruiting Station Opportunity (Spokane Valley), moves conduit piping on the job site of a Habitat for Humanity building project. More than 12 recruiters from Navy Recruiting District Seattle volunteered for the project during Spokane Navy Week. Spokane Navy Week is one of 20 Navy Weeks planned across America for 2010. Navy Weeks show Americans the investment they have made in their Navy and increase awareness in cities that do not have a significant Navy presence.
