160816-N-WI365-281 (August 16, 2016) USAG KWAJALEIN ATOLL - Divers from the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) and 7th Engineer Dive from Oahu, Hawaii, return from a dive mission after investigating one of the seaplane wreck sites in the waters of U.S. Army Garrison Kwajalein Atoll. The mission of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency is to provide the fullest possible accounting for our missing personnel to their families and the nation. For those killed-in-action, the accounting community is charged with locating, recovering and identifying their remains.
