U.S. Army Spc. Annarosa Guerrero, a resident of Miami, treats a simulated patient for a chest wound injury and prepares him for transportation, at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, May 7. Annarosa, a member of the 5th Maintenance Company, participated in a mass casualty exercise that simulated a rocket attack on the base. The simulated exercise tested the skills and responses of the Soldiers in the event of a real mass casualty.
