GRAFENWOEHR, Germany -- Sgt. 1st Class Dominador Rubang of the U.S. Army NATO Brigade conducts a 12-miles ruck march during the 2016 European Best Warrior Competition Aug. 11 at the 7th Army Training Command's Grafenwoehr Training Area. The intense, grueling annual weeklong competition is the most prestigious competitive event of the region. Event organizers will announce the year's top junior officer, noncommissioned officer and Soldier during a concluding ceremony scheduled for Aug. 11 at the Grafenwoehr Physical Fitness Center.
