Brian Conner, assistant navigator aboard the aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73), stretches before the Sprint Triathlon hosted by Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR). The event included a 1,000-meter row, 12.3 miles on a bike, and a 3.1-mile run on a treadmill.
