U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class John Maze starts a water pump to drain a suspected crash creator during recovery operations in the town of Bruggen, in the Federal Republic of Germany, 15 July, 2016. Maze is a team sergeant responsible for a twenty five member team assigned to the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency conducting a fifty three day operation to recover the remains of a pilot missing from the later days of World War II.
