Robert Sturdahl, Commandant of the 243rd Regional Training Institute (RTI), for all of his hard work within the RTI and Basic Military Police Course (BMPC) on August 7, 2016 at Quonset, R.I. The Basic Military Police Course (BMPC) conducted at Camp Varnum, in Narragansett, R.I., is certified to the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) standards.
