Gromley is a recent graduate of the Basic Military Police Course (BMPC), taught by the 243rd Regional Training Institute (RTI), conducted at Camp Varnum, in Narragansett, R.I. The RTI trains Soldiers from all over the U.S. including members of the Rhode Island Army National Guard.
