Delaware Army National Guard Sgt. Tu Bui, a culinary specialist assigned to the 198th Expeditionary Signal Battalion, serves eggrolls in the Mobile Kitchen Trailer (Salt and Pepper Café) at the Logistics Support Area Forward Operating Base Santa Fe, Fort Irwin, California during the 16-07 National Training Center (NTC) rotation, June 19, 2016. The MKT uses a four-man crew to set up and if doubled can serve over 500 meals per day. The NTC is a training facility designed to simulate real-life combat scenarios testing warriors’ readiness utilizing their military occupational specialty in a high-up-tempo environment.
