GRAFENWOEHR, Germany --Staff Sgt. Vanessa Carrillo of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command participates in the high ropes obstacle course Aug. 9 during the 2016 European Best Warrior Competition held at the 7th Army Training Command's Grafenwoehr Training Area. The intense, grueling annual weeklong competition is the most prestigious competitive event of the region. Event organizers will announce the year's top junior officer, noncommissioned officer and Soldier during a concluding ceremony scheduled for Aug. 11 at the Grafenwoehr Physical Fitness Center.
