Edmond, Okla., resident, 1st Lt. Andrew Thompson, left, and 1st Sgt. Gary Schauer, from Broken Arrow, Okla., right, display their unit's Welcome Home Plaque and Yellow Banner upon its return from a deployment to Iraq during a ceremony held at Army Support Activity-Dix's Chapel 5, May 10. Their unit, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 486th Civil Affairs Battalion, whose motto is "Last Out," is an Army Reserve organization from Tulsa, Okla., that mobilized out of ASA-Dix last October. The Yellow Banner is given to units who mobilze through ASA-Dix as a symbolic gesture that they are in the thoughts and well-wishes of the ASA-Dix community. The banner is hung in Infantry Park while the unit is deployed and given back to the organization upon its return from combat.
