Rochester, N.Y., resident, 1st Sgt. Chuck Cutler, and Maj. Lee Baroldy, from Orchard Park, N.Y., display their unit's Welcome Home plaque and Yellow Banner upon its return from a deployment to Iraq during a ceremony held at Army Support Activity-Dix's Chapel 5 May 10. Their unit, D Company, 401st Civil Affairs Battalion, known as "The Extras," is an Army Reserve organization out of Tonawanda, N.Y., and mobilized through Dix last July. The Yellow Banner is given to units who mobilize through ASA-Dix as a symbolic gesture that they are in the thoughts and well-wishes of the ASA-Dix community. The banner is hung in Infantry Park while the unit is deployed and given back to the organization upon its return from combat.
