    U.S. Air Force Col. John Klein, Commander 60th Air Mobility Wing, Travis Air Force Base, Calif., Tonya Racasner, deputy chief, public affairs, and U.S. Air Force Col. Raymond Kozak, Commander 349th Air Mobility Wing, speak with Gale Spears, communications manager, City of Fairfield before the Peabody road reopening ceremony. The ceremony signifies the completion of a $78 million dollar project; the road was closed for fourteen months and finished ten days ahead of schedule. Peabody road is a major thoroughfare that connects the cities of Vacaville and Fairfield, over 20,000 vehicles per day use the road and it is also a major artery into Travis Air Force Base for the over 14,000 employees.
