Jack Usrey, executive officer to the Assistant Secretary of the Army and sexual assault survivor, shares his story to attendees of the 3rd annual Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention Summit Aug. 2-3, 2016, at the Golden Lion conference center, Caserma Ederle, Vicenza, Italy. Usrey also talks about his experiences in identifying events that trigger flashbacks, during the two-day summit.
