After the Improved Ribbon Bridge is loaded into the water and connected together, Service Members from the South Carolina Army National Guard prepare to transport military vehicles across the Olt River on August 1, 2016 as part of Operation Saber Guardian, a maneuver training operation involving Army National Guard units from several states. During the operation, the South Carolina Army National Guard was responsible for moving military assets across this river.
