Soldiers from the South Carolina Army National Guard lower sections of an Improved Ribbon Bridge, a bridge asset which floats but is strong enough to carry heavy equipment, into the Olt River near Cincu, Romania on August 1, 2016 as part of Operation Saber Guardian, a maneuver training operation involving Army National Guard units from several states. During the operation, the South Carolina Army National Guard was responsible for moving military assets across this river.
