Indiana National Guard Sgt. Maj. Timothy Doak, of Shelbyville, Indiana, issues commands to approximately 60 soldiers with the 38th Infantry Division set to deploy to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Sunday, Aug. 7, 2016, at the Cyclone Division Armory in Indianapolis. Doak will act as the senior-enlisted advisor during soldiers’ approximate nine-month deployment where they provide logistical, administrative, signal, operations and mission command support for detainee operations.
