26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable)     

A Marine with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 266 (REIN), 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, performs maintenance on an AH-1W Super Cobra helicopter on the flight deck aboard USS Kearsarge off the shore of Camp Lejeune, N.C., April 27. 26th MEU is embarked aboard USS Kearsarge, USS Carter Hall, and USS New York for Amphibious Squadron/ Marine Expeditionary Unit Integration training. PMINT integrates 26th MEU Marines with their Navy counterparts to train in the planning and execution of missions they could conduct when they deploy together this fall.
