Command Sgt. Maj. Anthony Williams, the 21st Special Troops Battalion senior enlisted leader, briefs candidates on “Day 0” of the European Best Warrior Competition Aug. 7 at the installation USO facility on Tower Barracks. Some 21 candidates will compete for top honors during the weeklong competition at the Grafenwoehr Training Area. Organizers will unveil the region’s during an awards ceremony slated for early afternoon Aug. 11 at the Tower Barracks Physical Fitness Center. Winners will compete against top troops from across the service at the Department of the Army BWC Sept. 26-Oct. 3.
