Lance Cpl. Abraham U. Aaron eyes his surroundings during beach insertion training, July 27, 2016, on Motutapu Island, Tonga, during a multi-national, bilateral exercise, between the U.S. and Tonga, designed to increase interoperability and relations. The service members utilized combat rubber raiding craft and their capabilities to operationalize USNS Sacagawea (T-AKE 2), conduct beach insertion training and transport supplies and personnel from ship to shore. Aaron, from Grand Ronde, Oregon, is an infantryman with Task Force Koa Moana and is originally assigned to Company B, 1st Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force.
