CAWACI, OVALAU, Fiji — U.S. Marines and Sailors dig to set a foundation for a one-room building during training, July 8, 2016, Ovalau, Fiji. Task Force Koa Moana is conducting vertical construction training and infantry training on the island, with Soldiers with the Republic of Fiji Military Force, to increase interoperability and relations.
