Marines and Sailors from the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit and the USS Nassau are visited by fighters and trainers from the Ultimate Fighting Tour. Mixed Martial Arts stars Ed Herman, Chris "The Crippler" Leben, Mike "Quick" Swick, Kyle Kingsbury, Eben Kaneshiro, and coaches Greg Thompson and Kurt Shrout talk to service members as well as passing on tips and demonstrations on MMA techniques. The 24th MEU remains as one of the most expedient units and rapid-response force ready to perform a full scale of missions ranging from humanitarian relief to full-scale combat operations.
